Two Weekends ~ Two Concerts

In case you didn't get your fill over Valentines Day weekend..... here are two more chances to take your sweetie out on the town.

Option #1: This Saturday (Feb 20th) LeRoy Bell & His Only friends are coming back to Mukilteo Coffee. The venue is great and LeRoy really rocks.





Option #2: Next Saturday (Feb 27th) Lloyd Jones. This guy is a fantastic. Swamp funk with a big horn section and soulful vocals. Don't even try to sit still. The rug will slip out under your feet.


Leave your fur coats at home but make sure you wear your dancing shoes! Try and make it to one or both events!!

George Clooney stars as a man trained as a “psychic spy” by the military, with Jeff Bridges as his commanding officer, and Ewan McGregor as a journalist looking for a good story.

Friday, Dec. 5 - Friday Night Flights from 4-6:30 p.m.

Sampling of sparkling wines (aka champagne) along with small bites at Friday Night Flights in downtown Langley. Tickets for a sample and bite at each of four venues are $20 per person and available at Chefs Pantry, Prima Bistro, The Fish Bowl and the Edgecliff. Tickets may be purchased that night.

Afterwards you have three choices -
* Continue the party with games and cocktails at the Boatyard Inn or possibly just hanging out at one of the bars listed above.
* Catch the movie at the Clyde at 7:30 which is Beverly Hills Chihuahua Huba Huba.
* Or just go home and Make Out... afterall that's the point of Date Night.

Movie at the Clyde at 7:30 featuring The Changeling - A Clint Eastwood film staring Angelina Jolie. More Huba Huba!

Beach Walk

The lowest tide in 40 years is on Wednesday with a minus -4.3. Grab your sunscreen, sunglasses, beach hat and a picnic lunch. Meet us at the shores of Useless Bay Park for a walk on the tideflats. If you don't live on Whidbey... go to your closest beach. Tides are low all week so pick a sunny day a "Just Do It".
